About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Tapestry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty, ensuring that every customer has a positive and personalized experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and leaders, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Results: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Strategic Agility: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
