About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Tapestry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across all touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment.
  • Business Development: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
