About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Tapestry. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this insight to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and managers, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
