**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Leader to join our team at our Burnaby store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in leading our store, training and supporting Retail Sales Associates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train Retail Sales Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • **Inventory Management**: Possess a thorough knowledge of our point-of-sale system and manage inventory duties, including receiving and replenishing stock, creating transfers, and filling internet orders.
  • **Store Operations**: Open and close the store, monitor cash float, and perform daily balancing paperwork.
  • **Store Maintenance**: Participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store, ensuring it is always presentable and welcoming to customers.
