Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payments for specialized cleaning jobs
