Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1041956 BC LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
* Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a food service environment
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
* Fast-paced environment
* 40 hours per week
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
