Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our food service needs.
- Hire and manage a team of food service staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure that they are informed of our food service operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
