Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1041956 BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Operations and Administration
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Prepare and submit reports
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
