Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including inventory management and customer feedback.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant training or certification in food service management.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with staff and clients. The position requires standing for extended periods, manual labor, and the ability to work under pressure.
Security and Safety:The Food Service Supervisor will be required to undergo a criminal record check and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Will train the successful candidate in the duties and responsibilities of the position.
