Overview:

Sun Life Financial is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent for Sun Life Financial.
  • Lead a team of recruitment professionals to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure Sun Life Financial remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of current talent trends and market intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CHRL designation.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
