Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, hire, and redeploy talent to address organizational needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to build talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Team Management
- Lead a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Consultants in an environment that demands quick thinking, workload balancing, and aggressive sourcing skills.
- Coach and develop team members on recruitment strategy, consulting skills, and sourcing techniques.
- Advise and participate in cross-functional initiatives as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert.
- Operational Excellence
- Design and implement processes to drive efficiencies and amazing candidate experiences.
- Manage the operation by leveraging KPIs and coaching the team to drive time and process efficiencies.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably leading and managing a talent acquisition function in a large matrixed organization.
- Experience managing remote teams and leading the adoption of change initiatives, technology, and consulting skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management, hands-on coaching, and mentoring experience.
- Expertise in talent acquisition best practices and ability to adapt practices based on environmental considerations.
- Demonstrated consultative, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of current talent trends and market intelligence.
- Lean management experience and continuous improvement mindset.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
- Bilingual (English & French) for Quebec only.
