Position Overview
On-site | Full-time
- Lead recruitment efforts across Eastern Canada
- Create and manage job descriptions and advertisements
- Conduct thorough job searches
- Act as the primary liaison for prospective candidates
- Coordinate interviews and prepare job offers
- Engage in promoting career opportunities
- Assist in the development of workforce strategies
- Facilitate new employee orientation and enhance employee engagement
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong customer service orientation, along with interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient problem-solving capabilities while maintaining confidentiality
- Fluency in French is highly advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition
- Preference for certification in Human Resources or Recruitment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated at a desk and utilize a computer
- Effective communication through phone and email
