About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Canadian Card Payments, Loyalty and Personal Lending Associate Program. As a member of this program, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, work on challenging projects, and rotate across various business units every six months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each rotation you're assigned
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the Canadian Credit Card Businesses
  • Participate in unique development opportunities, such as learning sessions with principal Credit Card partners
  • Act as a Canadian Credit Cards, Loyalty and Personal Lending Associate Program ambassador by supporting future cohorts
Requirements
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and be a strong team player
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Inquisitive with a proven ability to learn in unfamiliar environments
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills (including Excel)
  • Jira experience is an asset
