Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Permits, Licenses, and Approvals Coordinator to join our team for the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations Project. The successful candidate will work closely with the PLAA Manager to ensure timely and efficient processing of permits and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with Governmental Authorities and Stakeholders.
- Review project documents to identify permits and approvals requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with the city and other external stakeholders.
- Track progress of Permits & Approvals throughout the project.
- Ensure all plans and records are uploaded into registries as required.
- Identify potential issues affecting permits and approvals.
- Arrange and coordinate interdisciplinary working groups.
- Provide monthly progress reports.
- Minimum 5 years of work-related experience.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in urban planning, engineering, environmental studies, architecture, or equivalent.
- Professional designations such as PMP, BCIN, OPPI, OAA, PEO, or OACETT are considered an asset.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Bluebeam.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
