About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our high standards are met.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.

Budgeting and Cost Control

Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that our kitchen operations are well-coordinated and efficient.
