About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service runs efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest expectations.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service remains profitable.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond to customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.

Prepare Food Order Summaries

Prepare and provide food order summaries to our chef, ensuring that our food service remains organized and efficient.
