Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dessert shop during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the financial health of our shop.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare food order summaries for our chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
