Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dessert shop, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle high volumes of customers and orders.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and motivate our team of dessert preparers and servers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain the quality of our desserts and customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage Budget and ResourcesPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our resources are allocated effectively to meet our business objectives.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.
Prepare Reports and SummariesPrepare daily reports and summaries for our management team, providing insights and recommendations to improve our operations and customer service.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Our dessert shop is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring our team members to be able to work effectively under pressure.
Attention to DetailWe require our team members to have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that our desserts and customer service meet our high standards.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
