Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Brock Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with Contractor Specifications and/or as directed by the Contractor's Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise QC Leads
* Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) of the work throughout all phases of the project
* Keep up-to-date, accurate QC/work reports
* Examine and inspect work progress to verify that specifications are met
* Record information on specified forms and reports

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in the field
* 5+ years direct supervision, inspecting and QC experience
* Advanced troubleshooting and communication skills
* Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies

Working Conditions:

* Ability to work for 8+ hours at a time in an environment where temperatures may reach from 0 to 60° C
* Ability to work in an environment with moderate to severe vibrations and noise
* Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day

Education and Certifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Relevant certifications and training

Skills:

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of business and management principles
* Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in industrial soft craft services

Physical Demands:

* Ability to stand or walk for long periods
* Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding
* Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

Work Environment:

* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
