Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lot Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our vehicle inventory is accurately recorded, and our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate and timely recording of services provided
  • Prepare vehicles for auction, including boosting, adding gas, and attending to lockouts
  • Photograph vehicles post-reconditioning services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers or internal departments with vehicle retrieval
  • Assist with vehicle stock in and check-out process
  • Operate vehicles under various weather conditions, including manual snow removal

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Experience working outside in all weather conditions
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Qualified/experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks
  • Licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs
