Are you a people person? Do you love helping others? R&M Self Storage and U-Haul in Paradise is in search of as friendly, trustworthy person for the position of Customer Service Technician. As a Customer Service Technician, you will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service, ensuring customers get all the help they need on their journeys.

**Set Schedule**:
Saturday & Sunday 9am-1pm.

**Location**:
R&M Self Storage & U-Haul, 3 Maverick Place, Paradise NL

**Customer Service Technician Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers inside and outside our facilities with U-Haul products & services
- Manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
- Rent storage units.

**Customer Service Technician Minimum Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent

**Work Environment**:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or trailers and trucks. After a period of training the employee will be required to work independently.

**Physical Demands**:
The work requires some physical exertion such as: light janitorial tasks to maintain facility and equipment, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment assisted or unassisted.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
