Job Title: Part-Time Budtender-ACT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Budtender-ACT to join our team at Circle K. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide prompt and excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
  • Facility Condition: Maintain the store facility's condition and equipment to Company and/or brand standards by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
  • Merchandising: Complete build-to's for ordering/purchasing merchandise, receive and verify vendor deliveries, and maintain adequate stock throughout the store.
  • Sales Controls: Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits, and control merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses.
  • Financial Controls: Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records and accounts for variances.
  • Security Controls: Report all incidents, including employee or customer injuries, theft, property damage, or improper sanitation or waste disposal.
  • Administrative: Keep accurate records of all shift and timekeeping paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to accurately operate a variety of equipment, communicate information and ideas, and perform the four basic arithmetic operations.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to be exposed to cold or warm temperature extremes, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and stand and/or walk for an entire shift.

Working conditions inventory of the position includes performing approximately 95% of all work indoors, but will be required to clean parking lots, gas pumps, take out garbage, etc.
