Job Summary

We are seeking an E-learning Content Developer to support our training and certification content development team in Waterloo, Canada.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this co-op position, you will be paired with an Instructional Designer to create course content. You will participate in needs analysis with subject matter experts and work with colleagues to develop training and content using online instructional design tools and approaches that follow best practices for course development and review processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze training needs, develop curriculum, design and build training content
  • Research, test, and help update online help content
  • Other administrative and course development duties as required
About Us

The Global Product Information team of Technical Writers and Instructional Designers at Kion Group AG is responsible for creating and publishing documentation and training deliverables for standard solutions, subsystems, and products.
