As a Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in preparing, reviewing, and filing tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.

You will work closely with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized advice and strategic recommendations to internal teams regarding tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions.
  • Analyze employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
  • Prepare supporting applications and documentation to optimize employees' tax positions, including comprehensive data analysis and communication with assignees.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (such as Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Management, Quantitative Finance).
