About the Role:
DHAMAKA INDIAN RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage food and supply costs to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Proven track record of menu development and cost management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Culinary certification and/or degree preferred.
