Job SummaryWe are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, working with children to help them thrive and reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support and facilitate the development of skills and goals for each client.
- Provide exceptional care to clients with various types of developmental, physical, or cognitive disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with the professional team, including families, to ensure a supportive environment.
- Seek guidance from the therapy team to best support the child and achieve goals.
- Experience working with students/clients with exceptional needs.
- Ability to work with students with severe behavioral challenges.
- Ability to work with students with complex medical needs.
- Ability to assist students with personal care needs.
- Ability to brisk walk/run to ensure student safety.
- 2 million liability insurance to transport children in your vehicle.
- Casual work attire.
