We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our dedicated team on the Isle of Man. As a Community Podiatrist, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional podiatry services across the island.
Key Responsibilities- Operate as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary team, applying evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, and refer patients as needed.
- Deliver integrated care across the Isle of Man, utilizing your expertise gained through extensive experience and post-registration training.
- Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team of Podiatrists, Podiatry Assistants, and administrative staff who are committed to ongoing professional development and success.
- Enjoy higher salaries compared to the UK, along with annual salary increases that extend beyond typical UK NHS pay scales.
- Be promoted to Band 6 within 2 years, with a development post that includes preceptorship and assessment for competencies.
- A generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days and 10 Public Holidays.
- Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, access to two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
- Step away from NHS pressures and demands, with a separate healthcare system on the Isle of Man.
- Access to the staff canteen at Noble's Hospital, as well as on-site education and training facilities.
- Ability to apply for an unpaid career break after 3 years' service, and access to the Isle of Man Public Service Cycle to Work scheme after the first year of employment.

- A relocation package of up to £7, based on receipts, and housing assistance where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £ per month.
