Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Prica Group Construction Management. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities, including mobilization, layout, and surveying.
  • Monitor and track daily progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep the project on track.
  • Execute project planning and scheduling of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Assistant Site Supervisors and Foremen, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication with project team members, sub-trades, consultants, and owners.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or Assistant Site Superintendent in low-rise and high-rise buildings.
  • College diploma in a relevant construction-related field an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Working knowledge of all CSI Divisions.
  • A solid understanding of construction trades and techniques.
  • Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  • First Aid, Fall Arrest, and other relevant certificates an asset.
  • Effectiveness in construction safety and productivity.
  • Knowledge of provincial workplace compliance regulations and legislation.
  • Class G licence.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and blueprints and equipment specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, and detail-oriented.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry operations, specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods, and procedures.
