Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team at Prica Group Construction Management. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site supervision of construction activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, workmanship, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities, including mobilization, construction layout, and surveying.
  • Monitor and track daily progress on the construction site, recording daily reports and identifying issues to find solutions.
  • Execute project planning and scheduling of sub-contractors on site, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure all work completed by sub-contractors meets quality control standards and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
  • Provide direction for project team members to ensure execution of operating strategies and plans.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all aspects of the project, including daily reports, time sheets, material deliveries, and incident reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or Assistant Site Superintendent in high-rise buildings.
  • College diploma in a construction-related field is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of all CSI Divisions and a solid understanding of construction trades and techniques.
  • Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  • First Aid, Fall Arrest, and other relevant certificates are considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in construction safety and productivity.
  • Knowledge of provincial workplace compliance regulations and legislation.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and blueprints and equipment specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, and detail-oriented.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry operations, specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods, and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) with strong experience in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
  • Class G license.
