The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Scheduling and monitoring landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  2. Coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, and supervising daily work activities.
  3. Planning labor, equipment, and material requirements to meet project deadlines.
  4. Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization standards on job sites and in our shop/yard areas.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. More than 5 years of construction and/or landscaping experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a broad range of landscaping construction site work, including paver and step installation, concrete, masonry, site layout, and site grading.
  3. Knowledge of plant ID and proper planting bed and plant installation.
  4. Ability to coach and train crew leaders to install landscapes to the highest standards.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
  6. Experience reading and interpreting scaled drawings.
  7. A minimum G class license.

Location

This role is based in Wallenstein, ON, with crews working in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and surrounding areas.
