Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail, planning and controlling budgets, and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements
