Food Service Operations Manager

Copper Branch is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our café. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Lead and instruct a team of 5-10 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Copper Branch is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
