Food Service Operations Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of service and food quality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage events and ensure that they are executed to the highest standards.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Ability to analyze and manage budgets.
- Ability to develop and implement operational procedures.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
- Ability to monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Ability to ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Ability to address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Ability to manage events.
