Food Service Operations Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Catering and Events: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities and manage events.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
