Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and optimize our menu and pricing strategy to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control measures to ensure that we stay within our financial targets.
- Lead and motivate our team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and evaluate our daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure that we comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of food safety standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our ingredients and supplies.
- Manage our inventory and ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
