Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, recruiting and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Develop and submit accurate and detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure effective project execution.
  • Oversee Data Analysis: Analyze data and information to inform project decisions and ensure quality control.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, team player, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

30 hours per week.

Job Type:

Permanent.
