Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, revising material requirements, tracking work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Revised type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Estimate type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects
  • Project management, including coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, ensuring prompt response and effective resolution
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
