Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS Drywall LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, and recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Develop and submit accurate budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure project success.
  • Hire and Supervise Subcontractors: Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Plan and Prepare Construction Schedules: Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
  • Read Blueprints and Schemas: Interpret blueprints and schemas to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Plan and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial success.
  • Develop Risk Management Plans: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Oversee Data Analysis: Analyze data and information to inform project decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication skills, organized, and team player.
