We are seeking an experienced professional with a Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant area such as social sciences, social work, business, or public administration. A minimum of five years of senior management experience in a non-profit organization is required. You must have expertise in writing successful funding grants, fundraising, and community-based research methods.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about our organization's mission and vision, with a commitment to equity-denied individuals and populations. Strong leadership and capacity-building skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential. If you have financial knowledge and experience working with diverse teams, this role may be suited for you.

As our Executive Director Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including financial management, staff supervision, and policy implementation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Fostering partnerships with local and national organizations, government agencies, and front-line service providers
  • Maintaining positive relationships with the Board of Directors, stakeholders, and the wider community
  • Leading community relations efforts, promoting our work through public speaking opportunities and presentations
