About Stadium Food Mart

We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our team.

Job Summary

The Executive Director will oversee the overall strategy and direction of Stadium Food Mart, driving growth and success through effective leadership and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business needs.
  • Coordinate regional, divisional, or departmental activities to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Establish strategic objectives for the organization and formulate policies to drive progress.
  • Represent Stadium Food Mart in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as necessary.
  • Select middle managers, directors, and executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, develop promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate.
  • Accommodation and food services industry.
  • Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Languages: English.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
