About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Digital Technology Business Management Office team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial management activities of our business, including forecasting, budgeting, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with internal business partners to manage base and project budgets, review forecasts and actuals, and provide input to fiscal planning processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular portfolio reports, spend analysis reports, and dashboard reporting in Tableau, and perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including the Finance department, to ensure accurate financials and adherence to policies.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and VBAs.
  • SQL and Tableau Experience: Experience with SQL and Tableau is required, as dashboards are managed in Tableau servers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and recommendations.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to investigate complex problems and make sense of information.
