About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our Southern Ontario Utilities team at Black & McDonald. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and directing assigned projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, milestones, and progress reports to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with purchase orders, timesheet entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Procore, and other project management tools.
  • Valid Ontario "G" Driver's License.
