Sales Director for Enterprise Markets

Job Description:
- The Vice President Sales will develop and execute the company's sales strategy for its content marketing and sales platform into the enterprise markets, working closely with the CEO and management team.
- This role requires a highly intelligent, hands-on sales executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills to lead from the front and drive top line results while building an effective and scalable inside sales and lead generation organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specific plans and strategies for market capture to achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives.
- Take a major role in key account relationships, closing complex deals and building ongoing relationships.
- Hire, train, organize, and deploy a high-performing sales organization, establish sales metrics and KPIs, and develop enhanced sales processes to monitor sales funnels and forecasts.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience leading early-stage sales teams, understanding market trends, and analyzing customer buying patterns. They must be proactive, action-oriented, and have a strong team orientation to build consensus in a growing concern. A competitive industry-leading package comprised of base salary ($200,000) and performance bonus is offered.
