Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule and arrange diagnosis of reported problems, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Meet and greet customers in-person or via phone, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Utilize CDK to manage service operations and ensure seamless communication with customers and technicians.
- Provide repair and preventative maintenance recommendations, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including POs, invoices, work orders, and reports, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Adhere to all organizational safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and team members.
- Be adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in CDK and other relevant software systems.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are considered an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
