About the Role

Astellas Pharma Canada is seeking a highly skilled HR Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to employees and managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers, ensuring that their HR-related queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Services Team Lead and other HR stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR systems, processes, and policies, and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on their use.
  • Work closely with the People Enablement Team (CoE) and HR Business Partners to ensure that HR services are aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
Requirements
  • Education: HR Administrator profession
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on process design, policy advice, and employee administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with experience in HR systems and processes.
