Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the technical quality of solutions delivered by your team, from discovery to delivery to adoption.
  • Collaborate with product management, user experience, and quality assurance teams to understand customer problems.
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions in conjunction with architects and other technical leads.
  • Contribute to improving overall solution quality through design and code reviews.
  • Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and overcome day-to-day challenges.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and methods, driving their adoption to accelerate team objectives.
  • Familiarize yourself with corporate security policies and follow established processes and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience with AWS services or other cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in our software stack, including C#/.NET, MS SQL Server, and Angular.
  • Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, with a deep understanding of applicable patterns and techniques.
  • Ability to build, deploy, and observe software at scale.
  • Strong influencing skills, with a focus on the merits of ideas.
  • Strong team player with a vision that extends beyond their reporting structure.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage powerful questions to help others see what they're not looking for.
  • Constant learner, with a desire to discover new opportunities every day.
  • Open to feedback, coachable, and always striving to improve.
