Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Assent. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the technical direction of our solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Own the technical quality of solutions delivered by your team, from discovery to delivery to adoption.
- Collaborate with colleagues from product management, user experience, and quality assurance to understand customer problems.
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions, in conjunction with architects and other technical leads, that are optimized for our business.
- Contribute to improving the overall quality of our solution by participating in design and code reviews from your own team and others.
- Mentor other team members, helping them to improve their technical skills and overcome day-to-day problems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methods, driving their adoption where they can accelerate achieving the team's objectives.
- Familiarize yourself with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent.
- 7 years of experience in the software development field.
- Proven experience with AWS services (or other cloud solutions).
- Expertise in our software stack (C#/.NET, MS SQL Server, Angular).
- Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to build, deploy, and observe software at scale.
