Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team at NV Electrical Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical technicians and apprentices to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and certifications.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
