About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to join our team at NV Electrical Inc. As an Electrical Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train electrical workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Inspect electrical work to ensure it meets industry standards and company quality expectations.
  • Safety Management: Ensure all electrical work is performed in a safe and controlled environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during projects, such as equipment failures or unexpected site conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a trade certification program in electrical construction.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and team supervision.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid Construction Electrician Trade Certification and a Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
