Job Title: Electrical Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to join our team at NV Electrical Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead and train a team of electrical technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electrical technicians and apprentices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in electrical codes, standards, and regulations, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and technologies.
